Tangled (2011)

                 "Rapunzel !Rapunzel ! Let down your hair....." Sounds familiar? Yes you are right!.. We have always heard about Rapunzel in the fairytales when we were small.Well,the only difference in the movie is that Rapunzel is rescued by a robber,Eugene.The story gets more interesting when they set out on the journey to see the floating stars with Eugene.

Once upon a time a single drop of sunlight fell from the heavens and from this small drop grew a small golden magic flower.It had the ability to heal the sick and injured.
The Queen of the Kingdom was about to have a baby and grew really sick so people started to look for a miracle - the magic golden flower.........

Gothel,a witch instead of sharing the suns gift kept it all to herself and used it to keep herself young for 100 years and all she had to do was sing a special song.
One day she forgot to cover it and it happens that people find it and give it to the queen.

As soon as she had it she was back on her feet.
A princess was born with golden hair.They called her Rapunzel.

Gothel robbed the child and raised her as her own.She knew the magic of the flower existed in Rapunzel's hair.

She hid her in a tower in the middle of the tower.As Rapunzel was growing up different questions arose in her mind.Each year the Queen and king released thousands of lanterns in the sky hoping their lost princess would return.On the other hand,Rapunzel sees the lanterns from the tower and thinks they are floating stars which appear only on her birthday.She wishes to go out there and see them.However Mother Gothel ignores her requests.

A robber,Eugene escapes with the princesses crown from the palace and finds no other way out and climbs into the tower.This is where they both meet and a deal takes place. Rapunzel would give him the crown only if he would take her to see the flying lanterns.

So the story continues ....as she goes out there and finds out that the outside world wasn't as bad as Mother Gothel had told her.Will she ever live her dream ?
